I have seen many debates about what exactly Jade's nationality is. In the games, she is of a darker skin-tone, but in the comics she was much lighter -- and the same goes for the card game. In the movie she was made into an Asian girl. The actual video game itself would probably be the best one to go by -- her being a darker skinned woman with green eyes. In any case the real answer is that she is neither white or black or any other nationality we are used to, she is, above all else - Edenian.
