Princess Kitana
Princess Kitana and Jade were friends for many years and even trained together in the same arts of the steel fans. Even when the Princess betrayed the Emperor, Shao Kahn, it was their friendship that eventually won Jade over to the side of good. She continued to help Kitana free Edenia from the emperor's grasp.
Queen Sindel
Much like her friendship with Kitana, Jade also had an alliance with the Edenian crown, and that meant Sindel. She aided the fighters for the realm, and especially the queen.
Reptile
Reptile and Jade most likely do not get alone at all anymore. Back during the invasion of Earthrealm and Princess Kitana's betrayal, both him and Jade were sent to retrieve her -- with one slight difference., he was sent to kill the princess while Jade was was to bring her back alive. Needless to say Jade ended up stopping an assassination attempt by him, and though Reptile survived, they probably aren't on good terms anymore.
Mileena
Mileena hates Kitana and wishes to take the throne from her, so needless to say, she wouldn't be top on Jade's list of people she liked -- especially after making attempts on her friend's life.
Tanya
Tanya was a traitor to Edenia, and in Mortal Kombat Deception goes on to capture Queen Sindel; because of this action, she ends up getting herself on Jade's enemies list, and a major confrontation between the two is is most likely to come in the future.
Shao Kahn
Jade was at one time very loyal to Emperor Shao Kahn. She worked for him for many years, and even ended up receiving a staff and a desert as a reward. When she is forced to decide between her loyalty to him, however, and to that of the princess, it is her friendship that wins out in the end.
Smoke
Smoke and Jade had no connection in the game (aside from being secret characters along with Noob Saibot), but they were partners in the comic book series. They were often paired together and often did missions side by side. Whether or not there was anything else going on between the two in the comics is left up to the imagination.
Liu Kang
While Jade seemed to lack the friendship she had with Kitana in the games, in the movies, she seemed to gain an alliance with Liu Kang after awhile. She was one of the tests he had to go through, and she claimed to be helping them, but in reality she was really working as a spy for Shao Kahn and her friendship with Liu was all a lie. Her bio on the extras from the movie states that she develops a certain lust for Liu Kang.
Rain
Now you might ask where this one comes from -- oddly enough, I don't know, it is quite popular in fanfictions though. I've been told it's because the two are Edenian and both have a connection with Kitana. Other than that, they have no interaction at all. I personally would rather see Jade with someone else, but to each their own, eh? In konquest one of the missions is to lure Rain to Jade, after you do so, later you find his body on the ground beside her. Guess she didn't like him very much after all.
