The first time we ever see Jade without her mask on is in the comics, the games never showed her without her mask before. But once in the comic books she loses it so we get a glimpse of what she looks like underneath.
The second time we see her without the mask is in the movie -- which she doesn't wear a mask at all in.
Finally in Mortal Kombat Deception are we able to see her in a game unmasked. Her main outfit shows her without one, which is a welcome change from before.
